How we got here

Blaze Yard is a small chicken cafe built around a single charcoal pit and a menu that hasn't grown past six items on purpose.

The team is small: one person on the fire, one on the pass, one at the counter. Everyone learns the pit before they learn anything else.

The goal was never to be everything. It was to cook one bird properly, every single day, and let that be enough.
